A Bit of Hope

Da bin ich wieder! Ich frag mich immer, ob besonders dieses Gedicht auch wirklich das aussagt was ich beabsichtigt habe.. also lasst mich doch wissen was ihr drüber denkt!:)

Far away in a cage of ice
Everything’s got its price
Whenever you regret what was or isn’t now
Start flying but never ask them how

Trapped in between the worlds
They just wanna tear you apart
Can’t help the water surrounding my soul
Knowing it’s nothing but freedom in chains

Both sides try to keep you away
Altough you got nothing to stay
Haunting memories shatter your dreams
His tears set your heart in flames

Singing the song that brings eternal night
He’s gonna catch the light
Win the fight
All for you

As if nothing ever mattered
And as if hearts were never shattered
I let the rain wash my pain away
Until I see – there’s a bit of Hope to stay
